Upholstery Cape Town only delivers in Cape Town within 30km radius of CBD.
The Shipment for orders placed outside of Cape Town will be for your own expense.
Notwithstanding delivery of any goods to the purchaser, ownership thereof shall not pass until the company has received payment of the full price.
Please note that Upholstery Cape Town is a Sole Proprietorship and does not charge VAT. The client is therefore unable to claim VAT from SARS.
Upholstery Cape Town cannot be held responsible for any dye lot differences in fabric, nor can we guarantee stock availability of any product.
Should you (the client) find any item of unsatisfactory quality, please contact Upholstery Cape Town (the Company) within 6 months after final delivery has taken place. The Company will repair (or replace where applicable) the item at no cost to you (the client).
Claims of defect or fault will be honoured if made within 6 months of final delivery of the product. No claims of fault or defect will be honoured if made after 6 months from final delivery.
Should the Company find any proof of abuse (either physical or chemical), this warrantee (of 6 months) is null and void.
Cancellation of an order by the client (after payment has been made) is subject to a handling cost of 20% of the contract price.
